Uniswap is a decentralized application or dApp that facilitates the on chain exchange of ERC20 tokens. It is more widely known as a decentralized exchange or a Dex. Founded in the fall of 2017 by mechanical engineer Hayden Adams, Uniswap is a proof of concept on chain automated market maker protocol that was given a stamp of approval by Ethereum’s co-creator Vitalik Buterin.
On this episode of Crypto Talk Tuesday we’re going to breakdown what Uniswap is, and walk through a live demonstration on how you can use it. We’re also going to touch on some of the tools involved in doing Uniswap trades.
